It is hard to imagine a business, especially in cases where advance preparation is not a prerequisite. Nowhere is this more true than in the arena of international trade, where variables can be extremely complex. For example, a foreign businessman to find a supplier for its products in China. What to do first is to search the product on the market in China, as the average capacity , average citations of both products and transport, the potential risks and so on.
Failure to prepare adequately will be at least two negative consequences. Using an interpreter is to place an additional person between the two main regulators, foreign businessmen should take some precautions to ensure that the interpreter rather than clarifies the communication of the occult. First, a foreign businessman and his interpreter should have enough time before starting the negotiations to get to know. Only when the interpreter understands the objectives of the foreign employer and the expectations that he or she can represent their interests in its Chinese counterpart and be on the lookout for the type of information needed by business abroad.
